Kriyā-śakti is the power of action — the final power by which what was willed and known is carried all the way into expression and becomes the actual, concrete world. It is the divine's creativity made effective: the experience is no longer merely intended or imagined but fully there. In the unfolding of manifestation it comes last, completing the movement from will through knowledge to deed.
