Tokat
Tokat, in north-central Anatolia (modern Turkey), was a town of the Seljuks of Rum and the Ottomans, on the trade routes of the region. The Persian poet and Sufi Fakhr al-Din Iraqi (d. 1289) is connected to the Anatolian towns associated with the Suhrawardi shaykhs of his time.
