The Path of Devotion (Bhakti)

Not analysis but love — the heart's road to a God who answers it.

Bhakti as a path is the way of loving devotion: liberation reached not by intellectual analysis but by wholehearted love of, and surrender to, a personal God. For the theistic Vedāntas it is the highest road, because the goal itself is loving communion with the Lord. (Bhakti is also treated under 'Devotion, Deity & the Divine,' where its scope as a whole orientation of the heart is taken up.)
