Grover Cleveland

Grover Cleveland was the 22nd and 24th President, serving from 1885 to 1889 and again from 1893 to 1897 as a Democrat. He was the only person to serve two non-consecutive terms until the 21st century. Known for fiscal conservatism, his second term opened during the economic downturn known as the Panic of 1893.
