R. Shmuel Wosner (1913–2015) was the senior posek of Bnei Brak's Zichron Meir neighborhood for over sixty years and a halachic authority for Hungarian, German, and worldwide chareidi communities. Born in Vienna and educated in the great Yeshivas Chachmei Lublin, he survived the Holocaust and rebuilt in Bnei Brak, founding Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin there.
